With over 300 cancer support services across Scotland, finding vital support for cancer patients and their families can be overwhelming. Our online support hub simplifies this process. It's a free resource, signposting users to information, services and support based on their personal needs. We're dedicated to making our service even more inclusive, expanding our support options to include in-person and digital support.

Our work in Fife 💛

Recently our Community Engagement Liason, Gail, was invited to the Fife Practice Managers meeting where all GP practice managers from across Fife were invited to meet and hear a range of presentations on different topics.

It was a great opportunity to speak to them about Cancer Card and our collaborative, personalised approach to cancer support. We hope now that the practice managers will know exaclty where to signpost patients to for additional cancer support.

We are currently working with Get Better Together in Shotts, North Lanarkshire providing support to people affected by cancer. We also have some comfort boxes available for people with a cancer diagnosis in this area.

We are really pleased to welcome Robin Richmond to our Board of Trustees.

Robin has been working within the digital marketing world for over 20 years' most recently in his position of Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Edinburgh based . A specialist in integrated, international campaigns Robin has worked across a range of brands including British Airways, General Mills, BBC and Royal London.

Robin said "Having worked with Cancer Card for three years, I was delighted to become a Trustee. Cancer Card are one of Scotland's fastest growing charities, providing invaluable support to those impacted by cancer. I have seen first hand the impact they are having and I'm very proud to join the team".

💛 2,000 messages of hope 💛

We are proud to share a recent charity milestone having now delivered over 2,000 Comfort Boxes to cancer patients in Scotland.

Our boxes aren't just filled with practical and comforting items for people going through cancer treatment. They also come with a message of hope and support.
