Recently, we welcomed a group from Michigan State University to the Scottish Highlands for a three-day study tour.
The group explored several sites in our – from guided visits to Ballintean Lodges and Lynbreck Croft, to hands-on volunteering sessions at Anagach Woods and Laikenbuie Ecology Trust – helping to remove non-native trees and restore habitats for wildlife.
They also learned about the return of missing species and visited Highland Wildlife Park to hear about Scottish wildcat conservation and pine hoverfly reintroductions.
Michigan State University's itinerary was tailored to their interests and learning objectives – and yours can be too.
Tell us your goals, and we'll work with you to design a bespoke study tour centred around the most relevant projects, experts and experiences.
