Would you be interested in taking part in research?

We are supporting research that involves the University of Glasgow the NHS and Movember to understand more about how men live with prostate cancer in different areas of Scotland.

The project is called PROFOUND-Prostate.

Prostate cancer can have lasting effects on a man’s health and wellbeing. Sometimes these changes happen gradually and can be easy to overlook.

This research aims to empower men to take action to protect their wellbeing through short weekly questionnaires, conversations with a researcher, and personalised signposting,

By taking part, you may learn things that are useful to you personally, you can help other men and also help Prostate Scotland reach those that most need our support.

Information can be found on the flyer below 👇

Getting up several times during the night to go to the toilet isn't something you just have to put up with. For some men, it can be linked to Benign Prostatic Enlargement (BPE), a common prostate condition that becomes more common with age.

BPE can affect men from their 40s onwards and support and treatment are available.

If you're experiencing symptoms or are concerned about your prostate health, speak to your GP.

For trusted information about BPE, symptoms and treatment options, we recommend visiting Prostate Scotland’s website.

Support and treatment are available, so don't ignore symptoms.

If you're experiencing symptoms or are concerned about your prostate health, speak to your GP.

It might be time for you to talk about your prostate health. 👀
