It is Dementia Action Week and here are a few tips to help prevent Dementia

Making lifestyle choices can reduce your risk of developing Dementia:

being physically active
eating well
supporting your brain health
being sociable
managing your physical health
avoid smoking
limit alcohol
taking care of your mental health
taking care of your hearing and vision
managing any underlying health conditions
