Family Focus
Family Focus is our new project to support the family unit. Our Family Wellbeing Coordinator will provide holistic family-centred support covering topics such as health, finances, safety, having fun as a family, and being part of the community. There will be sessions in school, events and activities (both via Zoom and in a Room), a vast range of online resources on Facebook and the Website, and a parents forum as well as the opportunities for families to create a bespoke Family Action Plan individualised to their personal circumstances so that 2022 can be the best year yet! We will be drawing on the expertise of the many established partners we have to provide the best possible service for our families. Friday Seniors
A safe but fun environment for teenager to be teenagers! AS well as fun activities, there is also advice and support teens through the tricky teenage years, to encourage independence and a positive mindset. Friday 6-9pm @ Nettlesworth Community Centre
Duke of Edinburgh Award group for those in Year 8 and above. A personal development programme that can be achieved at Bronze, Silver and Gold level. This is a globally recognised qualification which will certainly see you step out from the crowd when applying for further education, employment or training. We meet every Monday 5-7pm at The Hub in Sacriston.

Outdoor activities to improve the local environment and undertake random acts of kindness, this will be a collaborative project with Friends of Local Nature- Sacriston for 2022. Free holiday provision including sports, healthy living activities, crafts, art, STEM, DIY, cookery, DJ-img.... basically lots of fun! Primary aged group using Lego to develop fine motor skills, increase social interaction, promote problem solving and practise turn-taking and patience all whilst having fun. Light tea is also provided. Tuesday 3.30-4.30pm @ The Hub
