CLASH OF THE WOUNDED.

After both us and Splott suffered defeats last weekend, both will be looking for a reaction when they face each other this weekend.

A much changed Rangers side will go into this looking for a response. But we know our opponents will be doing exactly the same.

A huge game. Three massive points on the line for both teams.

Despite the result it was a huge day for us as we handed THREE 16 year olds their senior debut.

Gruff and Archie started, and Aran came off the bench.

Huge achievement for these three who didn’t look out of place at all in a hard fought game.

Massive for us as a club to build this pathway from juniors, to youth, to seniors and so pleased to see these lads get their first appearances of surely many for the club and their senior careers.

This season we have many objectives and one of them is to embed the youth into our senior structure.

Three defeats in a row against Cardiff Bay.

A missed penalty and missed chances cost us in the end, although Bay had chances and denied goals of their own.

A response needed in the next game from us.

BAY V RANGERS.

After last weekends cancelled match because of the weather we get ready once again to start our season this weekend as we face Cardiff Bay at Leckwith (14:00 KO)

Cardiff Bay FC beat us twice at the end of last season, so this will be a test of whether our pre season has improved us for the season ahead.

Looking forward to a great game.

It’s been a long wait, but the season finally kicks off this Saturday as we face Cardiff Allstars FC away at Tesco Fields in St Mellons.

Training Wednesday to add the final preparations.

Full time result earlier as we bow out of the Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy with a 4-0 loss away to

Lads did themselves proud today with very few competitive games behind our belt so far this season. Fought and played as a team until the final whistle including two youth players playing their first competitive games for the firsts.

Next weekend our league season starts, who do we have? No idea. Welcome to the world of Cardiff and District football.

This Saturday: Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy Round One v Seven Sisters Onllwyn (Away).

This Saturday we travel up to the Welfare Ground to face Seven Sisters Onllwyn of the Ardal South West Division in the Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy Round One.

Four divisions separate the sides, as we face a very strong opposition. No better way to challenge ourselves before our season starts the week after.

Big games require big hearts.

An established coach or just someone looking to get involved in coaching? Then we need you! We are looking to add to our coaching team here. You’ll work alongside our first team manager at training (Wednesdays) and matches (Saturdays). Our first team manager has a UEFA B Licence and can act as a mentor to aspiring coaches.
