There was something so ethereal about the voice of Casi Wyn performing her original song ' Aderyn' alongside the animated film by Lleucu Non. Pairing Sound & Vision, this event was a unique opportunity to see animated films alongside their live film scores, in an intimate and powerful performance.

CAF27 will take place 22–25 April 2027 at Chapter!

The festival has opened its call for animated short film submissions and we’re looking for volunteer pre-selectors to join the team!

Llais & Llun was a beautiful celebration of incredible Welsh-made animation and music, and we were so proud to host it at CAF26!

Casi Wyn performed live alongside animated short films by Efa Blosse-Mason and Lleucu Non, bringing the sound of the films to life in front of an audience. It was truly magical!✨

CAF26 Day 4 Photo Highlights! 🩷

Day 4 brought CAF26 to a close, with Aardman Workshops, Dog Life Drawing, Little Amélie and Pip Williamson’s fantastic talk, then after incredible anime screenings with Kotatsu, we all gathered together with Ali Plumb to present the Best of the Fest awards and do some quizzing for our adorable shiny new Dotty pin badges!

We had an incredible time this year at and can’t wait to see you all again next year! ✨
