Today is both World Mental Health Day and World Homeless Day 💚
Two important days. Two deeply connected issues.

Safe, stable housing is foundational to good mental health. Yet too many people across Ontario face barriers to accessing the housing, care and supports they need.

This year's World Mental Health Day theme, "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change," reminds us that meaningful change starts with listening to those most affected.

Everyone deserves a place to call home, a community where they belong and the support to live well.
