Thread by thread, note by note, we're bringing together artists, musicians, scholars, and makers for an unforgettable weekend.

"Textures in Conversation: Music, Craft, and the Fibre Arts" is a free festival-symposium hosted by Western University's Don Wright Faculty of Music and the Arts and Humanities at Western's Department of Visual Arts & ArtLab Gallery at Western University.

From live performances and exhibitions to community stitching, Indigenous arts and interdisciplinary research, this event celebrates the rich connections between music and craft.

Pre-registration requested for the academic symposium portion of the event. The other festival events do not require pre-registration.
