Hope For The Future was founded in 2009, created by Hope Mustafa to bring together like-minded people who are passionate and committed to making a difference and transforming the lives of individuals. The Hope For The Future team is made up of a group of professionals who have the appropriate skills and qualifications to assist individuals move forward. The team presents with honesty and integrity
and work with clients/staff to help identify the REAL issues. They look beyond the surface to get to the core of the problems or barriers that each individual is facing. Hope For The Future facilitators are highly experienced in assisting clients with multiple complex barriers from all walks of life, and have achieved and exceeded job placement outcome rates working with Job Service Australia providers. Hope For The Future have worked in the Employment and Learning Sector for various private and non-for-profit organisations and specialise in developing creative tailored strategies helping organisations meet and exceed outcomes. "We create fun and educational training programs to help job seekers gain a better understanding of themselves at get to the core of what is really stopping them from moving forward"The facilitators help guide the participants through an action oriented process that help participants gain the awareness and skills necessary in order to start taking steps towards their goals and reaching individual outcomes. With particular exercises and tools provided, clients gain clarification of their hopes, dreams and goals and are able to move forward from their self-imposed limiting beliefs, and self-doubt. We create attitudinal change, increase motivation and make a real difference to the lives of each individual. Even though we train in a group, each participant is acknowledged and respected as an individual with differing needs. Hope is a skilled and dynamic facilitator with extensive experience in supporting and inspiring individuals to make and create a difference to their lives. Hope has worked in the Employment and Learning Sector for various private and non-for-profit organisations. She has developed tailored strategies and has obtained successful outcomes. Hope focuses on creative training methods and designs and writes the material for all her programs. With over 15 years’ experience in community services, including 9 years in employment services, she has established skills in working with people from diverse cultural and socio backgrounds, understanding their barriers and engaging them through learning and awareness. She has accomplished high statistics, increasing social and economic outcomes for many communities and currently focuses a large portion of her time working in partnership with the Department of Human Services (office of Housing) Estate at Atherton Gardens in Fitzroy. With successful outcomes to date, Hope For The Future recently presented their innovative work at the Employment Services for the Future conference as part of the Centre for Public Policy at Melbourne University. Hope is also the current Chair of the Fitzroy Work and Learning Group, part of the steering committee for the Live & Learn Room in Fitzroy and has received past rewards in business for “Excellence in Social Corporate Responsibility”. • The Creation of the successful “Jobs in Vogue Program” in partnership with Hume City Council empowering adults & youth with complex challenges back into social and economic participation with pathways in education & employment
• Manage Employment & Learning in partnership with DHS Fitzroy Housing - Creating and facilitating “The Light Bulb Project” reaching over 450% in social and economic outcome rates in the first year.
• Create and facilitate art workshops for people with special needs for a variety of special need schools in support of Art Ability with ADEC.
