After more than two decades working on construction sites across Australia, including major infrastructure projects such as the West Gate Tunnel and North East Link, Wellness4Workers founder Grant Jones understands the pressures faced by workers in physically demanding industries.

A former professional Muay Thai champion, gym owner and now registered charity founder, he has transformed his own experiences of addiction, mental health challenges and recovery into a movement supporting workers, veterans and first responders. Through Wellness4Workers, he is creating spaces where fitness, connection and early intervention help people find support before they reach crisis point.
