Loneliness isn't just emotional pain; those feelings of emptiness and disconnection are your body's way of asking for help.

Loneliness has been linked to an increased risk of early mortality across multiple studies. In that sense, it can quite literally shorten our lifespans.

There's good news though: it's preventable.

While it's entirely possible to do this on your own, most people find that community and belonging make the journey much easier.
