As unionists, we stand for fairness and dignity at work – and that means actively challenging racism in our workplaces. This is a fantastic session to do as a workplace group to build your understanding of systemic racism, power and how we can challenge it together at work. Share with your colleagues or set up a group session.

From 1 July 2026 almost 3 million workers will get a pay rise. This week, the Fair Work Commission announced a 4.75% increase to Award wages from next month.

Together, we’re campaigning to make sure that every worker is paid enough to cover the bills and enjoy life outside of work. And there’s more to do.

Click the link to find out what 4.75% means for your pay from July 1 and join your union to get involved in the campaign. https://bit.ly/payrise26
