Following in the footsteps of his father Mick, alongside brother Rob, and now with son Luke carrying on the trade, St**fy represents the strength, skill and tradition that keep our industry strong.

Area Organiser Nathan Tzimopoulos and Organiser Herc Kolokithas dropped into LU Simons' Riverside project in Richmond, where members unanimously backed Billy Gowers as their site rep. 💪

A strong vote from the crew, with Billy set to be a strong voice for workers on site.

Subbies on the job include BP Plumbing, Air H2O, FDN Fire and Lagwell Insulation.

Area Organiser Hercules Kolokithas and Organiser John Haitas dropped into Builts Airtrunk 2 Data centre in Tullamarine today to vote up a new HSR for the project.

Members from Geshkie Plumbing and Ellis Air unanimously endorsed Levi Cameron to represent them as their OH&S Representative.

Congrats Levi, members are in good hands! ✊✊

Strong result at the 720 Bourke Street redevelopment. 💪

Members from A.G Coombs, SPI Plumbing and Premier Fire are getting the job done on this $200 million, 15-storey Buildcorp project. A big congratulations to Joffa on being voted in as the site HSR.

Assistant Secretary Jake Cranny and Area Organiser John Haitas were on site in Footscray to recognise one of our best—Bruno’s decades of hard work, loyalty and commitment to the union and our members. 💪

A true HSR who looks after the crew and passes on the knowledge.

Great to see strong representation on site from Liquid Vision, Auscool Mechanical, Precision Fire and Burelli Roofing, all backing in this milestone and the importance of union strength.

Solid discussions around site safety and industry issues, with members showing up and standing behind one of their own. That’s what union pride looks like. 👊

Big show of support at Built Laverton the other day, with organiser John Haitas on site backing a top cause and the Heart Foundation.

Crews from Cormack Plumbing, D&E Mechanical, Trio Roofing and Entire Fire all got behind it, welcoming Sammy Muscat for a toolbox talk about the fundraiser he is driving. Sammy is gearing up to take on a massive 4,000km ride across Europe to raise awareness for heart disease, a serious effort for a serious cause. On site alone, members have already raised $4,500, building on the $10,000 the PPTEU has put forward.

With the strength of union members across PPTEU, CFMEU, ETU and AMWU all pushing together, we have our sights set on hitting the $25,000 mark. This is what it is about, showing up, backing each other and getting behind something bigger than ourselves.

Well done to everyone involved, let’s keep it rolling 💪

Big day out at the Mel081 Lendlease Data Centre in Truganina, with PPTEU officials John Haitas and Ryan “Rusty” Russell on the ground for a toolbox with members.
Strong conversations around industry safety alerts and EBA wages and conditions, making sure everyone’s informed, protected and getting a fair go.

We also took the time to recognise some of our long-term union members for their years of loyalty, hard work and the sacrifices they’ve made on and off the job.
