Today union members reached an in-principle agreement with Ambulance Victoria, and their win is MASSIVE!
By staying strong and united, AV Support Staff have secured:

An end to the 2-tier pay system at Ambulance Victoria

Big improvements to leave including 3 day Well-being Leave, Reproductive Health Leave, Gender Affirmation Leave, improved access to Long Service Leave and more!

A new salary structure with progression

Enshrining workplace adjustments into the Agreement
