We unite workers, build member power, and raise our voice to create fairer and safer workplaces, better paid jobs and a just society. We represent the interests of workers in industries as diverse as local government, airlines, utilities, social and community services, information technology, transport and travel, call centres, and private sector clerical and administrative occupations. We exist to defend and advance the rights of our members through collective actions. More information about our coverage can be found here: https://www.asu.com.au/ASU_National/Who-can-join.aspx

The Australian Services Union acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land. As organisers and activists in the workplace and work toward a just society, we acknowledge and draw on the rich history of activism of first nations people. Always was always will be aboriginal land.
