The future of disability employment is a conversation we all need to be part of.

As proposed NDIS reforms continue to evolve, understanding their implications for employment supports is critical for people with disability, employers, service providers and the broader community.

We're pleased that Andrew Chesterman, CEO of Endeavour Foundation, will join Michael Perusco, CEO of National Disability Services, and Daryl Steff, CEO of Down Syndrome Australia, at the Disability at Work Conference 2026 to explore the opportunities, challenges and practical implications of NDIS reform for employment supports.

Before the Great Endeavour Rally and Endeavour Lotteries, there were 🎉 Tiny Tots, 👰 Bride of the Year and 🎀 Badge Days.

For 75 years, generations of supporters have rolled up their sleeves to help create more opportunities for people with intellectual disability.

From children proudly wearing Tiny Tots sashes to brides stepping back into their wedding dresses for a good cause, every fundraiser has helped shape the Endeavour Foundation we know today.

That community spirit continues to make a difference. Today, Endeavour Foundation employs more than 1700 people with intellectual disability, supports 500-plus people through modern homes and delivers community programs and services to thousands more.

As we celebrate 75 years of people, purpose and progress, we're proud to honour everyone who has helped drive the power of inclusion.

This year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours five decades of celebrating the strength, resilience and leadership of the world's oldest continuous living cultures. It also looks ahead to the next generation, where culture, community and connection continue to lead the way.
