We wanted to say a massive thank you to the teams at Jupiter Supports and My Mind Matters Therapy who raised $20,000 for the Little Heroes Foundation a couple of weeks ago at their annual Quiz Night 🌟
It was a fabulous night with lots of laughs and we loved being part of it. Thank you to everyone who was involved in pulling this together and those that came along to support on the night 💙

Our girl Jess is taking on New York, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💚🗽

This November, Jess will run her very first New York City Marathon — 42.2 km with a very special reason behind every step.

As a single mum of two and running three businesses, her days are already full. Training has meant early mornings, tired legs and finding time between motherhood, work and everything else life brings.

But Jess wanted to take on this challenge to show her children that you don’t have to wait for the perfect time to do something extraordinary. Sometimes, you just need the courage to say yes and put in the work.

She’s also running in support of Little Heroes Foundation, raising much-needed funds for seriously ill children and their families. As a mum, it’s a cause close to her heart and a powerful reason to keep going when training gets tough.

When her children watch her cross that finish line, Jess hopes they see what’s possible with determination, hard work and a little courage.

Jess, your Metro Fresh family will be cheering you on every step of the way. Bring on New York! ❤️
