Yesterday, BET Foundation Founder Bernad Korir and CEO Lady Emily Korir OAM joined the family, friends, and the people of Meru in honoring the life of Paul Mugambi as he was laid to rest.
We continue to pray that God surrounds the Mugambi family with His love, comfort, and strength during this season of grief. Though Paul has departed from this world, his kindness, humility, and impact will remain in the hearts of many.
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Paul Mugambi, a cherished member of the Bet Foundation family, a passionate disability champion, and a tireless advocate for inclusion.
Paul dedicated his life to advancing the rights, dignity, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. His compassion, selfless service, and unwavering commitment inspired everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. His legacy of hope, courage, and inclusion will continue to live on in the lives he touched and the communities he helped transform.
