A worsening bread crisis is once again gripping Gaza, with long queues outside bakeries and soaring prices pushing thousands of families closer to hunger.
What was once a basic staple has now become a daily struggle.

💔 From 3 shekels to 15 shekels… bread is no longer affordable, and flour prices have jumped from 25 to 70 shekels, leaving families unable to cope.

“Even when I have money, I can’t buy bread because vendors don’t have change.” – Moeen, resident

📉 Analysts warn: production has dropped by 30%, prices have surged by up to 400%, and with 95% of Gaza’s population relying on aid, even small increases are devastating.

On this sacred day of Friday, when blessings are multiplied and prayers are answered, we turn to Allah with sincere supplication for our brothers and sisters in Palestine, and for the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque from all oppression and restrictions.

🤲 O Allah, open the doors of Al-Aqsa for prayer and remembrance, lift the barriers, and grant us the honor of seeing it free and purified as You love and are pleased with.
O Allah, make this blessed Friday a day of relief, victory, and empowerment. Unite the hearts of Muslims upon truth, and grant them triumph over those who wrong them.
