🍏. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the crop.
That saying applies to so many things _including Daycare parents. It takes just one ungrateful, demanding, contract - breaking parent to leave a provider feeling stressed, discouraged, and ready to quit.
How do I know? Because I had that bad apple.
After partying ways with a difficult family, the mom told me she would do everything in her power to shut down my business. I was frustrated, angry, and honestly? Terrified. I had worked so hard to build a successful Daycare, and suddenly it felt like everything was on the edge of being destroyed.
But you know what?
Even though I had that bad apple, I was also blessed with the most amazing crop.
If you are in hard season right now, Friends, hold on. Do not let one bad apple to destroy your business, and do not let them blind you to all the beautiful, good apple you are blessed to have.
Remember : your character will always speak louder than anyone's opinion of you. Keeping showing up, keep doing good and let the harvest speak for itself
