We just need to TEACH them how to be responsible, but in a RESPECTFUL way

If you are a principal, you will never have a perfect parents who do everything thing right always never.

It's your credibility _foundation that earns recognition from the department. It is your systems and structure _giving your team accountability, responsibility and productivity.

It is your standard _the parents notice and trust. Admin is proof, record keeping, legal protection. It's how you track progress, reference decisions, and safeguard your business.

The truth? Many ECD owners feel overwhelmed by admin or simply don't have time. But not having it in order is risky.
