Adopt A Boxer Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization in the northeast that rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes unwanted and abandoned boxer dogs and their friends. We strive to inform others about the realities of pet ownership, promote neutering, and encourage responsible care. It is our hope that our efforts will enhance the lives of people as well as companion animals. Help us to help boxers.

One Week Until NEPA Gives!
Dear AABR Supporters,

We’re officially one week away from NEPA Gives, and excitement is building. This day of giving is one of the most important opportunities we have each year to raise the funds needed to Give Boxers and their buddies a Break - and we can’t do it without you.

Our goal this year is $115,000, which is just 1/5 of our veterinary costs last year.

In just seven days, our community will come together to support the dogs who rely on us for medical care, safety, and a second chance. Your early commitment helps set the tone and inspires others to join in.

As we count down to NEPA Gives, we’re asking our strongest supporters to mark their calendars, spread the word, and get ready to make an impact.

Here’s how you can help today:
Save the date - NEPA Gives is just ONE week away
Share our mission with friends and families
Set up a peer-to-peer fundraising page (reach out and we will walk you through it!)
Plan your gift to help us reach our goal
Every act of support allows us to give more Boxers and their buddies a Break.

Thank you for standing with AABR and for always showing up when it matters most.

With appreciation,
AABR Team

One week until NEPA Gives!! Set your reminder to help us give every boxer a break. Your support during NEPA Gives gives these incredible dogs:
A break from the fear and uncertainty they’ve known
Medical care that restores their health
Training and love that rebuild their confidence
A warm bed, a safe place, and the promise of tomorrow
And ultimately… a second life with a family who adores them.

Charlie and Nola were surrendered to rescue from an accidental litter.

Charlie and Nola are very timid, shy girls that haven’t had much handling by humans. They are slowly learning to trust and be a happy go lucky puppies with help from the other Boxers in her foster home.

Charlie and Nola are not house trained so homes must be willing to put the time in to guiding and teaching a young puppy everything they need to grow up to be a successful, well balanced Boxer.

Meet Socks❤️

Socks came to rescue after sadly losing her owner, so she’s looking for a loving home where she can feel safe and secure again. It broke our volunteers hearts when they had to remove her from the place she called home.
This little petite girl is doing her best to make sense of all the changes life has thrown at her. She’s a sweet, gentle, timid girl that has lost everything.

This lovely girl enjoys the simple things in life: curling up beside you on the couch, taking naps on your bed, and being close to her people. She is friendly, social, and very polite with other dogs, she can also thrive as the only dog in the home.

Socks does with a fully physically fenced yard where she can relax and confidently enjoy her surroundings.
