Real experience. Real connections. A clearer path forward.

For students like Elliott, the YBA Workforce NOW Pre-Apprenticeship Program offers a chance to experience the building trades firsthand, build practical skills, and connect with local industry professionals.

Those experiences can help students discover where their interests and strengths might lead them after high school.

We’re proud to help students like Elliott explore what’s possible and take their first steps toward a future in the skilled trades.

One of the best parts of our Annual Reception was having some of our Adult Residential Construction Training Program participants there to celebrate with us! 👏

These individuals recently completed hands-on training designed to build practical construction skills and help prepare them for employment in the trades.

We were proud to recognize their hard work and celebrate this important step in their career journeys. Congratulations to our participants, and thank you to the partners and supporters who help make opportunities like these possible!
