Important: This program is for residents of Westchester County who live outside of Yonkers.

YCAP’s Rental & Utility Arrears Assistance Program provides assistance to income-eligible households facing past-due rent or utility bills—with the goal of helping prevent eviction and utility disconnection and keeping families safely housed. 💙

Assistance may be available for:
🏠 Rental arrears — help with past-due rent
💡 Utility arrears — help with past-due utility bills

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and provide the required documentation. Payments are made directly to the landlord or utility company.
