Federal Prosecutions Of County's/States Found Negligent, Blatantly Illegal And Unfit To Protect American Mothers And Children.

If a County/State in America has been found negligent/unfit to protect the said Mother and Child and has committed blatant illegal activities by an investigation of a designated task force currently being developed, the said task force will be allowed to present credible evidence to congress and proceed with federal prosecution of the County, State and all said officials involved in said case.

Th e ACS Housing Support and Services Unit off ers three programs for youth who are
exiting care. Youth can make use of the Housing Subsidy Section 8 vouchers, and now have priority status in applying for
NYCHA housing. Youth must apply for Housing Subsidy prior to the 21st birthday, and are eligible for costs of furniture
and fi rst and last month’s rent (up to $3600) until the 23rd birthday. Th e Housing Unit will assist in completing
