After 25.5 hours of continuous speaking, connection, storytelling, and community, our 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 has officially concluded — and, thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised $𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 for local service projects right here in Yonkers.

These photos — from our Thanksgiving turkey distribution on November 23 and our ongoing literacy project in which we distribute pencils to every first grader in Yonkers — are just a few examples of the kinds of projects that proceeds from this weekend's 𝟮𝟱.𝟱-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 will help make possible.

Through our efforts, your donations to this fundraiser will support:

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮 𝟮𝟱.𝟱-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻?

Because in Rotary, we believe in 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀. This photo was taken during a recent Rotary District 7230 training event where Club President Alan Gray delivered a presentation on expanding Rotary's reach — 𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀. Sometimes making an impact means stepping outside your comfort zone. Sometimes it also means quite literally changing your shoes.
