At East Millsboro Elementary, students explored essential life skills - understanding money as a tool, identifying needs vs. wants, and practicing real-world financial decision-making.
At East Side Charter, we leveraged mentoring relationships to introduce financial literacy by fostering self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision-making skills.

We’re excited to share the launch of our new Financial Literacy Workshops!

We recently kicked things off with the incredible 3rd graders at East Millsboro Elementary, where students explored essential life skills like understanding money as a tool, identifying needs vs. wants, and practicing real-world financial decision-making.

Our goal is to help students feel comfortable having conversations about money and confident in making thoughtful choices.

We’re also continuing to weave financial literacy into mentoring relationships at East Side Charter, helping students build self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision-making skills in a meaningful way.

Good morning! Do More 24 is still going strong. Only 12 hours left to donate!

Connecting Generations is proud to support young people through creative mentoring and creative education that helps them grow, learn, and thrive.

If you haven’t yet, today is a great day to make an impact.

Every Donation Counts!!
$1-$150 ANY amount is welcome and helps us accomplish our mission.
$150 pays for one new mentor to be trained, screened, and placed with a child
$250 pays for the materials and handbooks for a Creative Mentoring training class
$300 will pay for one Sibshop
$500 will train 50 new mentors
$1,000 will provide a school with a 10 Week SEL workshop
$13,000 will add a mentoring program to a school or community organization
$35,000 will provide a county with the Mentoring for Youth in Foster Care program
