Danielle Campbell’s journey back to college is one rooted in determination, family and a clear vision for what comes next.

After earning three associate degrees and taking a break from school, Danielle returned to the classroom as a young mom to pursue her bachelor’s degree at Goldey-Beacom College. Now, she has been named a 2026 Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship recipient and will receive $5,000 toward her education.

There’s another connection that makes her GBC experience especially meaningful: Danielle’s grandmother, who raised her, also graduated from Goldey-Beacom.

“Receiving the Dunkin scholarship means so much to me because it supports my journey toward earning my bachelor’s degree,” Danielle shared. “I am truly grateful to Dunkin and GBC for believing in my journey and helping me continue to thrive and achieve my goals.”

Parents, here’s one campus convenience that might come in handy during those first few weeks away from home. 📦

If your student moved in and realized they forgot an essential, they can have eligible Amazon orders delivered to the Amazon Locker in the Jones Center. It’s easy to pick up on the way to the dining hall, making one more part of settling into campus a little simpler.

We’re inviting current students and alumni to submit a video of less than two minutes sharing who you are, why you chose GBC, and what has made your experience meaningful. Be specific, let your personality shine, and don’t be afraid to share a personal story.

Before submitting, please remember:

• Use a Gmail account
• Keep your video under two minutes and 100MB
• Do not film in 4K
• Be available for at least one two-hour period during filming, September 30 through October 4

Move-in weekend is almost here, and our RAs are sharing the residence hall essentials they were most glad to have.

Their recommendations include a water filter, dish-drying pad, fan, toiletries bag, desk lamp, vacuum, shower caddy, shower shoes, drying rack, mirror, trash can, phone charger, and laundry basket.

A few more items to add to the list: a shower curtain if you’re not living in Franta, a large shower caddy for bathroom essentials, a reusable water bottle, a mattress topper for a good night’s sleep, plenty of lamps, and wall decor to make your room feel like home. 💙

As we count down to a new academic year, we’re beginning with the end in mind.

Graduation may feel far away, especially at the start. But one day, those first classes, late nights, big decisions, and small wins become part of the story you carry into Commencement.

GBC students and alumni, this is your chance to share your story on a national stage. 🎬

Goldey-Beacom College will welcome The College Tour to campus from September 30 through October 4, 2026, and we are looking for up to five students and alumni to be featured in our upcoming episode.

The College Tour is an Amazon Prime TV series that helps prospective students explore colleges through the voices and experiences of current students. Our episode will highlight what makes GBC special through authentic student stories.

Selected students will have the opportunity to be featured on TV, add a unique experience to their resume, and join The College Tour’s LinkedIn Group to connect with other featured students across the country.

To apply, students and alumni should submit The College Tour’s casting form (found below) and upload a two-minute audition video introducing themselves, sharing their major, explaining why they love Goldey-Beacom College, and connecting their story to one of the featured topics, including academics, athletics, belonging, career readiness, student clubs, study abroad, research and innovation, academic resources, sustainability, or outcomes.

Applications are due Sunday, August 16, 2026.
