You’re invited to the Grand Opening of our new Bosom Buddy Spa at the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s Dover office. This private space was created just for breast cancer survivors to explore wigs, mastectomy bras, breast prosthetics, hats, scarves, bandanas, additional garments, and more, free of charge, in a comforting, spa-like setting. 🩷

Join us on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at 753 Walker Road, Suites A & B, Dover, DE 19904. Take a tour of our new offices, enjoy drinks and light bites, shop Nurture with Nature artwork and items, and browse DBCC swag.

The Bosom Buddy program is free for all survivors and is here to support those newly diagnosed, in treatment, or recovering from surgery. Survivors and families are welcome.

Participants will receive a cookbook to follow along with, then meet once a month to:
• Share cooking tips
• Review recipes
• Discuss nutrition with registered dietitian, chef, and breast cancer survivor Dee Iraca, founder of Eat Well Chef

Breast cancer survivors, this peaceful paddling adventure is just for you! Join us at Assateague Island National Seashore for a special afternoon of kayaking along the shoreline, where we’ll soak in the beauty of this barrier island and keep an eye out for the famous wild horses and other coastal wildlife.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet, and bring water, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bug spray is optional, as bugs are usually not out on the water. This outing is exclusively for breast cancer survivors, and space is limited, so we encourage you to save your spot today.
