The Peninsula Salt Water Sport Fisherman's Association Inc.

was founded in 1957 to promote the enjoyment of recreational saltwater fishing and provide educational opportunities for anglers.

The ASMFC will vote on a possible up to 50% reduction of quota for the industrial commercial menhaden fleet based out of Reedville. If enacted it will be the beginning of the rebirth of one of the greatest bays in the world and the return of the striped bass, one of the most sought after fish on the entire East Coast. Stay tuned!

Guess what showed up?? A few puppy drum, like this 17” caught by PSWSFA master angler Chris Harris, have shown up recently!

David Brabrand, our club treasurer, caught a gator trout this week measuring 29.5”! Congrats David. Speck fishing is heating up as well as rockfish.
