The Easton Foundations sponsor a variety of programs to increase the awareness of archery.

Easton, Inc., the Foundations support the building and/or operation of outdoor and indoor archery facilities at city parks, schools, universities and sports complexes throughout the U.S. In addition to these facilities, the Foundations provide programs to train aspiring archers, trainers, coaches and administrators. The first Easton Sports Development Foundation was created in 1984 with the mission to introduce this lifetime activity and historic Olympic-style sport of archery to more people in Southern California. The success of that effort led to the formation in 2006 of a second Easton foundation, Easton Sports Development Foundation II. Among the programs initiated by ESDF are Olympic Archery in Schools (OAS), which helps schools to form archery teams to compete in a unique league. The Foundation also sponsored the 2009 Archery Youth World Cup and the 2010-2012 Archery World Cups in Ogden, UT and runs various youth archery programs from its Archery Centers in Newberry, FL; Salt Lake City, Utah and Van Nuys, CA. Easton Sports Development Foundation (ESDF) awards several grants every year to clubs, programs, schools, colleges and universities, and organizations that propose archery-related plans or projects. For more information, please click on Apply for Grants. Other Initiatives

Easton Foundations also provides assistance to several high-level archery programs and organizations, such as the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, the U.S. Archery Association (USAA), the National Field Archery Association (NFAA) and the U.S. Collegiate Archery Program (USCA).

Do you have old archery books, magazines, photographs, or other materials tucked away?

The Easton Foundations Archery Library accepts select materials related to archery and bowhunting to help preserve the history of the sport. Potential donors are encouraged to contact the Library first so the materials can be reviewed.

Since 2006, Easton Foundations' grantmaking has supported 1,517 grants and 854 grantees, reaching more than 4.1 million archers with over $147 million in charitable support.

Registration is open for the 2027 National Archery Scholarship Tour, with 32 indoor locations across the country. Eligible 14U, 19U, and collegiate archers can compete for scholarships that can be used toward colleges, universities, trade schools, professional certifications, and more.

Easton Foundations is providing World Archery with $2 million in funding to expand development support for member associations around the world.

The funding will provide $500,000 annually from 2026 through 2029 and support international development focused on infrastructure, equipment, and knowledge. This includes expanding World Archery’s Knowledge Sharing and Equipment Support programs and making educational resources more accessible to coaches, officials, administrators, and others working to grow the sport.

Costumes, candy, and competition are coming to Chula Vista! 🎃🏹

The 2026 Spooky Shoot takes over the Easton Archery Center of Excellence on October 24th with a 60-arrow indoor ranking round, an optional doubles elimination round, and a costume contest for tournament participants.
