What a night.
The 14th Annual Ed Asner & Friends Celebrity Poker Night is officially in the books, and we could not be more grateful.
From the moment the doors opened at Radford Studio Center, the room was filled with friends, laughter, generosity, and an incredible sense of community. Together, we raised critical funds that will directly support the programs of The Ed Asner Family Center, helping us continue to provide mental health services, arts and enrichment programs, social opportunities, and meaningful pathways to employment for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
A huge thank you to our wonderful honoree Ron Funches, our celebrity guests, sponsors, donors, volunteers, staff, poker players, and everyone who rebought, bid, donated, and helped make the evening such a success.
There was also something especially meaningful about being back at Radford, a place that was such an important part of my dad’s life and our family’s history, and filling it once again with friends coming together for a cause he would have been incredibly proud of.
Fourteen poker nights later, the reason we do this has only become more important.
Thank you for betting big on our families, believing in our mission, and helping us continue the work.
