Two cute cats got dental care with and ! 🐱🦷 Their smiles are getting a little brighter—and their breath may be, too!
Dental health is often overlooked in animals until it is too late. Gum disease, loose teeth, stinky breath, and loss of appetite are all signs to watch for.

We love seeing people love their dogs! Shadow hit the jackpot with his sweet new family. This handsome house hippo couldn’t choose between the lamb chop and the tweety bird, so he got both! 🐑🐦
Thank you, , for the fun toys! 💙

This is the same warehouse kitty, 7 weeks apart.
The first photo was taken after three treatments by Dr. Vasquez. The second was where he started. Severe scabies and sarcoptic mange.
He still lives in the warehouse with dozens of community cats, but because he's friendly, we've been able to catch him for treatment. He's feeling much better, and his coat is growing back.

One year ago, this dog was on the euthanasia list after an unfortunate bite incident that occurred when an unknown person entered her home unannounced and chaos followed. She spent months in the shelter with no interest from adopters and a record that scared people away.
Then she got incredibly lucky.
A wonderful couple saw her and knew she was their dog. They just needed a rescue to help make it happen. When my friend asked if would pull her, we met the couple and felt confident she had found the right family.
Today, her name is Tara, and these photos say everything. She is cherished, spoiled, and deeply loved.
The best part? In a full year, there has been absolutely no trouble.
Sometimes all a dog needs is a chance and the right people to believe in them. Tara now has what every animal—and every person—wants: a loving family.
What a beautiful happy ending for this sweet girl. ❤️🐾

This handsome guy had his owner stumped. He appeared to be neutered but was spraying and acting like an intact male.
encouraged further evaluation, and the mystery was solved: he was a bilateral cryptorchid cat with both testicles retained internally.
Thanks to Dr. Vasquez he underwent successful bilateral cryptorchid surgery and is on his way to a happier, less hormonally driven future.
Sometimes the answer is hidden where you least expect it! 🐾

One of the cats in Catsnippers' care recently visited eye specialist Dr. Marchione at Ocuvet for a blocked tear duct.
We wanted to share our experience because specialty care can feel intimidating when a rescue animal needs it. The staff was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer our questions. The exam was comprehensive, the recommendations were practical, and thankfully no surgery was needed.
We're grateful to Dr. Marchione and the team for helping one of our Catsnippers cats and making the process much less stressful than we expected. 🐾💕
