The personalized passport allows patients and caregivers to share important information such as communication preferences, sensory sensitivities, and past dental experiences with dental teams before an appointment, improving comfort and care outcomes. Endorsed by multiple Kansas health plans and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the initiative supports more inclusive, patient-centered dental care and is available in both English and Spanish.
