The Case for Quitting: The Surprising Benefits of Opting Out by Lindsay Crouse, a New York Times journalist and endurance athlete.

Her book challenges the cultural obsession with relentless perseverance and “pushing through” no matter the cost.

She was one of the reasons why Atalanta’s founder Mary Cain was able to make her story known to the world. Without these women there wouldn’t be an Atalanta ❤️🧡💙
