Thank you to the city of Marion for generously hosting the Miss Illinois and Miss Illinois’ Teen competitions each year. I’ve been visiting Marion since I was young and was first introduced to the Miss America Opportunity here. It has always felt like a second home, and I am so grateful for the warmth and hospitality this community continues to show year after year. 🏠🤍

I am incredibly honored to be selected as the Women in Business Scholarship recipient for Miss Illinois 2026.

This award represents so much more than my work as a marketing and business professional. It reflects the dedication, growth, and heart I’ve poured into learning how to effectively represent a brand and connect with diverse audiences through a unified message.

I am deeply grateful and humbled to receive an award that holds such personal meaning. From earning my degree in Marketing, to launching my own LLC, to building my personal brand, each step has shaped the professional I am today. It’s Miss Illinois’ Teen day!🌟🌟 I’m so excited to welcome another young woman into the Miss IL Teen sisterhood! 🤍

This year is especially special for me, as it is the 5 year anniversary since being crowned Miss Illinois’ Teen. I am proud to be a part of a legacy that has empowered young girls and shaped so many lives across the state of Illinois.

Mia had the honor of being officially crowned, and meeting our state titleholders, alongside our Miss America’s Teen, Tess Ferm. What an incredible start to the day! Thank you to The Pavilion for always hosting the various events that Miss Illinois week holds. 🩷

The dress of my dreams.

I am so incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with Johnathan Kayne on this evening gown. From the very beginning, he took my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. Every detail felt intentional and perfectly me.

I have truly never felt more confident or regal than I did stepping on stage in this gown. There’s something so special about wearing a piece that not only reflects your style, but speaks on who you are.

Every time I put it on, I feel like the very best version of myself, and that is such a powerful feeling. I am beyond grateful. 🤍

This moment is only possible because of the blessings the Lord has provided through the Miss America Opportunity.🤍

The friendship between Shelby, Rhiannon and I has become one of the greatest bonds in my life. Saying a prayer with them before each night of competition has helped us maintain peace and confidence, allowing us to trust in His plan and fully embrace this experience. Thanks to the Miss America Opportunity, these girls have become some of my best friends.
