Our mission is to provide menstrual products to those who have little to no access. We are a chapter of The Period Project. Together we can restore dignity.

We also strive to educate, bring awareness, end the stigma of menstruation in our community of Spartanburg. We are working to make a difference in the lives of homeless and underprivileged women and girls throughout Spartanburg County, South Carolina. As part of The Period Project, we provide menstrual products to the neediest among us. We are busy spreading awareness of this great need and hope for the many women and girls who need to know they are not alone. Get involved today!

Hello friends!

We appreciate so many of you who help the Period Project both with product donations and financial support.

Funding continues to be tight for grassroots organizations like ours, and your support matters now more than ever. In an effort to allow more of your generous donations to go straight towards free period supplies for our schools, shelters, libraries, and community organizations, we are moving to a new, lower-cost donation platform called Zeffy.

If you give monthly, please note that recurring gifts through our old platform ended on 10/19, so you'll need to set up a new recurring gift here:

Huge shout out to Women Giving for Spartanburg for providing funding for pads that the student members of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ACOOG) from VCOM-Carolinas - Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine used to make over 800 Student Packs that will be donated back into the Spartanburg community. Thank you to everyone!

What a great event! As expected, the rain kept some away. We are super appreciative of those of you who were in attendance and helped us make almost 3,000 packs! Thank you for your time and your donations.
Tomorrow I hope to get a list together for schools who still need to be delivered. We appreciate in advance anyone who can help us finish this part of the Back To School Bash

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...but not if you forget to take the picture and then the picture you should have taken can't be taken because the items in the picture have already found their way into Student Packs out for delivery in our Community.
