Buy Together. Plan Smart. Protect Everyone. 🔥

Buying a home on a single income, or even a dual income, is harder than it's ever been, but there's a path that many people are now considered: co-buying.

Purchasing property with friends, family, or trusted community members is one of the most practical and underutilized tools available to today's buyers, and it's more accessible than you might think.

Join us on October 10th, Infiniti Real Estate and Development is hosting a free, in-person discussion designed to give you a clear, honest picture of what co-buying actually looks like, from the first conversation with potential co-owners to the closing table.

What you'll walk away with:

✅A Understanding of Co-buying Agreements including what might fit your situation and how to get started.
✅Straight Talk Legal Discussion on co-buying from a practicing real estate attorney.
✅Personalized Financing Game Plan with detials on obtaining financing as a group and how to access equity for co-buying including what lenders look for and how to protect everyone involved.
✅A Co-Buying Readiness Checklist

This expert panel is designed to give you clarity about whether co-buying is right for you, a list of decisions you'll need to make together as a community, and a direct path to legal and mortgage guidance.

Whether you're a first-time buyer who's exploring options, someone in or approaching retirement looking to share costs and community, someone seeking co-housing opportunities or simply curious about creative paths to ownership, learn how to buy together while protecting your finances, relationships, and your future.

Reminder Evo's 25th Anniversary Celebration is this Weekend 🔥

Friday Oct 2nd 5pm-9pm
25 Years of Film Watch Party

Saturday Oct 3rd 5pm-10pm
25th Anniversary Block Party!

Evo Campus
3500 Stone Way N

Expect a full stage and LED video wall, pop-up bars benefiting SOS Outreach, local food trucks, a brand vendor village where guests can interact with the latest gear and win swag, and plenty of live music.

We'll have an opening set from Mark Woodyard, followed by the Human Jukebox, before Chicago electronic duo DRAMA takes the stage.

Comprised of vocalist Via Rosa and producer Na'el Shehade, DRAMA lives somewhere between heartbreak and euphoria, blending Chicago house, R&B, soul, and dance pop. They make music that hits you right in the feels and keeps you on the dance floor.

Whether you've been shopping at Evo since the early days or just discovered us yesterday, we'd love to celebrate 25 years with you.

Saturday:

25 years of evo is a pretty big deal, and we couldn’t let it pass without throwing a proper party. On October 3rd, we’re taking over our Seattle campus for a night celebrating the people, brands, athletes, artists, and communities that have made evo what it is. From 5–10 PM, expect live music...
