Today, all of us at Na’ah Illahee Fund express our deepest gratitude to our Community Engagement & Events Coordinator, Janine Savok. 🙌♥️

Janine first joined NIF in 2023, relocating from Kodiak, Alaska, joined by her children and mother. We celebrate her time with our team as she departs her role at NIF to return home to Alaska to tend to her family and community.

During her time in Seattle, we’ve had the honor of witnessing extraordinary growth at Na’ah Illahee Fund, supporting all program areas and grantees. Janine brought a gentle and nourishing spirit to her work, leading NIF convenings such as Weaving Connections and Tradewinds Native Marketplace, fostering connections between NIF and the community.

As Janine ends her time at Na’ah Illahee Fund, we invite the Indigenous vendors, partners, and community members to join us in celebrating and honoring her work in leading many of the Tradewinds Native Marketplace events tonight! ✨

All of our love and hugs to you, Janine 🫂💐

Are you ready for the Tradewinds Native Marketplace next week? 👀🌈❣️

We’re so excited to announce our special guest, ✨🎧bringing movement and rhythm to our space!

DJ Libbi, a femme Choctaw & Chickasaw DJ based in Seattle, WA, is known for her bass and EDM trap-heavy selection that highlights FLINTA and BIPOC producers. Originally from the south, her artistry is heavily influenced by the groovy, gritty, and bassy sounds that are found in southern hip hop and trap. She has shared the stage with artists such as Mary Droppinz, Luci, Sportmode, Canabliss, Champagne Drip, Gentlemen's Club, and Handsome Tiger. Most notably, she has played the silent disco at BOO Halloween in 2025 and at Bass Canyon Silent Disco the last three years. She currently holds a residency at CARAVAN Seattle where she blends bass music, world sounds, and deep trap.

Come move with DJ Libbi and us NEXT WEEK on The Metropole Seattle rooftop! 🪩
