One week to go until the end of Redhawk Venture Lab! 🚀
This past weeks, the focus shifted to more feedback, more interaction, and more participation. Teams are getting out of the building, talking to potential customers, testing their ideas, and using what they learn to make them stronger.
One week left. Let’s see where they take it!

Week 1 of Redhawk Venture Lab is officially underway. 🚀
Our inaugural cohort kicked off the program by introducing their ventures, sharing the problems they’re solving, and outlining their goals for the next week.
Each team also began the process of refining their ideas through conversations, feedback, and founder interviews as they prepare to build, test, and validate their ventures.

Moving forward, the cohort will meet every Monday for workshops, coaching, and peer feedback while dedicating the rest of the week to advancing their ideas.
We’re excited to follow their journey and share what they learn along the way. Stay tuned for more updates from our founders as they build this summer. 💡

Last Friday we had the pleasure of hosting Sarah J. Ritter at Founder Friday for a conversation that was equal parts inspiring, practical, and very on-the-pulse. We talked about AI beyond the hype, how it’s actually showing up in real workflows today, and what it really means to build with it,not just talk about it.

Sarah shared her perspective on vibe coding, experimenting in public, and using creative projects as a way to explore new tech without waiting for permission or perfection.

She also walked us through some of her current projects, including her books and creative work and how curiosity + consistency can compound into meaningful outcomes over time.

Big takeaway of the day:
You don’t need a massive team or perfect tools to start building, just momentum, intention, and the willingness to learn as you go.

Huge thanks to Sarah for sharing her work, her thinking, and her energy with our community, and to everyone who joined us and made the conversation so rich. 🚀

More Founder Fridays coming soon 👀
