This week we gathered for the grand opening of Altaire at Jackson Park β€” North Seattle’s newest affordable housing community!

The project transforms a five-year vacant site into much needed housing for local workers and families.

Altaire at Jackson Park will provide 206 affordable units for households earning 50 and 60% AMI. Residents can expect top-notch amenities, beautiful shared community spaces, and convenient access to the light rail!

And thanks to our partners at Amazon.com, this unit will remain affordable for 99 years.

We also extend our gratitude to our partners at SRM, Enterprise Community Partners, Citi, and the Seattle Office of Housing for their integral roles in the development of this project!

Through this landmark opportunity, youth in our community will receive free tickets to the world's biggest soccer event, along with a stadium food voucher and a commemorative Seattle scarf for the full matchday experience.

This summer's historic international matches will bring people from around the globe together, and our young people will have the opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting moments in sports while experiencing new cultures and connecting with a global community.

We are honored to be chosen by the City of Seattle and the local host committee as a trusted partner in this important youth access initiative. Opportunities like this help break down barriers and create experiences that inspire, connect, and empower the next generation.
