Hi friends. This can happen to anyone. Even when it seems like you have a system and its going ok and then you slip and then you cant get the same momentum. We are so hard on ourselves and tend to forget we are Not alone.

Its great to see other locals volunteering to strengthen our communities. Saratoga Shovels will be joining this amazing effort now that Snow Season is over because sometimes it does take a village. Please reach out if you would like to volunteer with us. Or know of someone in need of help you would like to be considered.
