Proceeds from sales are donated to organizations working to improve the quality of life for families in Lee County. We offer area rugs, scarves, dish towels, place mats, lined purses, tote bags, baby blankets, lap blankets, throws, and more! These are available for purchase in our studio and at special sales events. Most of our floor looms have been donated, as have the material and yarns used in
the creation of our products. Because of generous material donations, we are able to offer our customers the option of placing a special order, where colors and materials may be chosen prior to weaving, at no additional cost. Common Thread also offers classes to those wishing to experience the process of weaving. Students work with one of our weavers to select an end product and choose colors and materials to use. Class times are coordinated on an individual basis. Please call the studio for more information on scheduling a class. We are a community of people who gather together to weave, learn, share, and give back to our community.
