🎉🎉ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉🎉

💜💜Sweet Kiki has been adopted! Her new family met multiple birds to potentially adopt, but ultimately, Kiki is the one who stole their hearts.

💜💜We hear that she is settling in nicely at her new home and loves her new cage, which was kindly donated to PEAC by some very generous parrot experts who are near and dear to our organization. Thank you, Sue Peterson and Ron Peterson!

🦜Titan is thriving in foster care! Look at that cute messy beak. She LOVES eating chop. 🥦🌶️🥒🫐We are so proud of her. In the past, she was in an unhealthy seed diet. Way to go, Titan!

💙Adoptable Ptah is still looking for his forever family! He takes some time to warm up and trust, but he’s made great strides with the staff at Feathers and Fur Animal Hospital. He accepts head scritches from everyone and has been bonding with his favorite person at the clinic.

🦜💚Adoptable Pickles is still developing a palate for veggies. We try all shapes, sizes, chopped, not chopped, and he really seems to enjoys eating greens that are hanging in front of him. 🥬🥒🫜 Good job, Pickles!

❤️When we first rescued Titan, we realized that she has mobility issues and cannot stand fully upright. Check out the special accommodations that her incredible foster family has created.
❤️Titan’s cage was outfitted with flat perching surfaces to allow for easier navigation, and it looks like she’s very pleased with them.
❤️Yay, Titan! A huge THANK YOU to her creative and caring foster family!
*NOTE: This is a special case for a handicapped bird. This cage size is not appropriate for a fully capable macaw.

❓We often get asked about how our adoption process works.

🪜It’s a process with multiple steps to help ensure a good fit for our adoptable parrots and their new families.
