iar with the camera and film production. As the classes progressed into summer, we started our projects on the topics of El Cajon Boulevard’s character through local businesses, as well as interviews with the employees of a drone manufacturing business on the topic of the use of drones. We set up the interviews and lugged the necessary equipment to each location, and began asking questions which were related to the topic of discussion. Each interview contained something interesting and unexpected, and we learned a lot about the film production business from this experience. Once we completed each interview at each specific location, we used programs such as Final Cut Pro to edit the videos. Editing video with Final Cut Pro gave the class technical filmmaking experience which is crucial to making good quality videos.
