🌿 Calling San Diego County high school students who love nature—or want to explore careers connected to conservation, science and the outdoors!

Applications are now open for the free Fall 2026 Eco Ambassadors program at Mission Trails Regional Park.

A cohort of 30 students will take part in nine Sunday sessions exploring local ecosystems, environmental stewardship, research methods, presentation skills and nature-related careers. Participants who complete the program will receive an Eco Ambassador Certificate.

The program runs Sundays from Sept. 13 through Nov. 8, from 12:30–4:30PM.

Applications are due Aug. 14.

Youth of color, LGBTQ+ students and students of all abilities are encouraged to apply.
