The San Diego Foundation is looking for a Program Manager for Food Initiatives, which will be responsible for managing the $7M distribution of ARPA funds through 2025.

Great news for San Diego Community Gardens. The American Rescue Plan has awarded the Board of Supervisors $7M to improve community gardens and provide food for food insecure populations. More will be revealed as The San Diego Foundation develops a grant award and distribution process, according to the board approval process.

San Diego wins a $50,000 grant to make community gardens easier to establish.
