Lion/Tiger Safari Lication Change!

The event is still on for today (11/9/25) from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM in Scripps Ranch, but will now be at Lakeview Park (10794 Mira Lago Terrace, San Diego, CA 92131), NOT Community Park.

We were forced to CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THE EVENT due to a City of San Diego scheduling error - we'll tell you the whole story once you get here.

Lakeview Park is also in Scripps Ranch and is only 1 mile away from our previously planned location. It is beautiful, and where we hosted our Rancho Mesa Twilight Camp in July.

The park is in a more residential neighborhood, so feel free to park on the street and walk into the park. You will see all of our Cub Scout canopies and 'Big Cat' set up!

Once again, PLEASE meet us at LAKEVIEW PARK, NOT COMMUNITY PARK. Plenty of fun to come! We cannot wait to see you. Should be a ROARING good time!

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is an exciting, action-packed program designed for councils to provide youth members with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home troops and in other situations demanding leadership of self and others.

**In 1976 I participated and later I staffed (1978) a course that was a "Great Grandparent" of the current NYLT and it led to so much of my Life and Scouting Success.
