One thing we’ve been thinking about lately is how powerful it can be to hear how other women navigate growth, leadership, reinvention, and career development in real time.

From reflecting on personal agency to blending systems thinking with people-centered leadership, Zandra shared perspectives that really stayed with us. “Don’t wait for other people to recognize it in you. Decide what YOU want and make a plan to go after it.”
