Individualized Home Supports (IHS) without training is a waiver service that provides support for both adults and children who need reminders, guidance, assistance, and/or supervision to continue living in their homes and communities.

With IHS without training:
✅PICS is a full-service employer providing customer service, HR expertise, 24/7 online portal, and payroll processing.
✅You choose the caregivers you want to hire.
✅You maintain control—setting schedules and managing your caregivers.

IHS without training focuses on support, not teaching or skill building for a person to become independent with tasks.
